In a letter to Health Secretary Steve Barclay, GMB said the body needs 'significant reform'. The body advises on pay of staff on the Agenda for Change contract which includes all NHS staff apart from doctors, dentists and very senior managers. Government officials and many NHS unions have largely agreed to a revised pay offer after months of industrial action.īut union GMB said it will not engage with the NHS Pay Review Body in the future.
